Gym Motivation

Sometimes I find it hard to get my butt to the gym... what motivates you to go?

 Do you have any mantras, songs or supplements that get you into the groove? Please share!

  1. any music with an upbeat temp usually does it. i think what really helps me is either coffee or green tea, some minty gum (chewing somehow wakes me up).. loud music to pump me up, and a banana - all that seems to do the trick :)

    Those are 2 essentials for me for sure...

    I LOVE coffee but am trying to stay away because it's too acidic pour moi!
